Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping 

We deliver to all UK addresses and many overseas. Our UK shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout depending on the weight of your total order.

Standard delivery

All standard deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail on a 2-3 day delivery service

Express delivery

We also offer a next working day delivery (UK Only) which is charged at a flat rate of £7.00 per consignment, up to a maximum weight of 2kgs.

For consignment over 2Kgs, we charge a flat rate of £10.00 per consignment

Click and Collect

We also offer a click and collect service. Just select this option as your preferred delivery option during the checkout process. Orders are usually ready for collection the next working day.

Covid-19 Update for Click and Collect

We continue to offer a click and collect service. However, at the present time, we would request that you call us to let us know that are you here to collect your order We will then keep the order ready for you near our front door. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us, so whilst every effort has been made to describe the products as accurately as possible, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days on +44 20 8906 1351 or alternatively email us at sales@brontamill.com so that we can offer you a solution

Who pays the return postage

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will refund the return cost of postage incurred by you (upto the amount you originally paid for delivery to you.)

If you had originally requested a premium delivery option, we will only refund based on a standard delivery

Should you wish to return any items for any other reason (other than faulty or incorrect item), then the return postage charges will not be refunded 

Products we cannot accept back

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customised in anyway or that have been used or worn

How to make a return or exchange 

  1. Contact our Customer service team on 020 8906 1351 or by email to sales@brontamill.com. Please have your order number to hand.
  1. We will then authorise the return for you

Please state whether you would like an exchange or a refund. In case of exchanges, please be sure to include details of what you would like to exchange for. 

  1. We will then process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt by us. In case of refunds, we will issue the refund using the same method as originally used when making the order.
